Cover Supervisors - Multiple Positions Available
Location: Preston
Start Date: September 2025 (or October half term for the right candidate)
Are you confident, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people in the classroom? A thriving secondary school in Preston is seeking Cover Supervisors to join their dedicated team from September. For the right candidate, a start date after October half term will also be considered.
Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
* Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure high standards of behaviour.
* Support pupils in staying on task and making progress.
* Build positive relationships with students and staff alike.
Requirements
* Have strong behaviour management skills and can remain calm under pressure.
* Are confident leading a classroom and engaging young people.
* Bring energy, adaptability, and resilience to their role.
* Have prior experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
