This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest Architectural practices who provide their expertise to multidisciplined projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their technical team in their Fordingbridge offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician as well as a degree within Architectural design. The successful individual will need to be proficient with Revit, as well as being able to demonstrate strong UK building regulation knowledge and be client facing. Job running experience and strong attention to detail is crucial.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:
1. Relevant degree within architectural design
2. Good post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
3. Proficiency with Revit is essential
4. Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
5. Job running experience
6. Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
7. Ability to work well independently and within a team
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Live within a commutable distance to the Fordingbridge area
10. Full UK driving license
