Location: London - Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

The Role: Reporting into the VP of Enterprise Acquisition (EMEA), the New Business Account Executive will generate revenue from new logo accounts. You will be the first impression of EZRA to new clients and will work closely with various teams within EZRA, including Lead Generation, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
What You'll Do:
* Manage a geographical territory of enterprise accounts
* Set strategy and prioritize a large territory
* Source leads and collaborate with lead generation teams to qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Lead all sales efforts from qualification to contracting
* Link EZRA solutions to business outcomes
* Conduct demos and answer feature/function questions
* Maintain Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
* Identify personas at target accounts and create tailored messaging
* Partner with other sales teams, marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership
* Engage with other Adecco Group brands to explore global opportunities
* Act as a brand ambassador for EZRA in your territory
* Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate EZRA
About You:
* 5+ years of enterprise sales experience managing new territories
* Strong self-sourced lead generation skills
* Experience engaging with prospects effectively
* Proven sales processes that are flexible and repeatable
* Experience in HR consulting, leadership, or L&D is a plus
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator
* Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
* Strong networking and stakeholder communication skills
