About the role:
The SENCO will lead SEND provision, coordinate EHCPs and interventions, and work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every pupil thrives.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Oversee SEND strategies and maintain accurate records.
Support teachers with differentiation and planning.
Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals.
Monitor pupil progress and drive best practice.Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:
NASENCO qualification or willingness to achieve it.
Experience as SENCO or similar role in a primary setting.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practices.
