We would consider offering this as a Business Administration Apprenticeship for the right candidate.
About the Role Assisting with the day to day running of the marketplaces that Draper are present on, with a focus on Amazon Vendor. Focus on processes that aid the marketplaces, such as order inputs and data manipulation. Be responsible for ticket creation and monitoring on marketplace channels. Drive positive growth on marketplace channels. Ensure all products are up to date and accurate, with a focus on reducing customer complaints and returns. Ensure all content is customer focused. Assist in all new marketplace product creation and maintenance. Troubleshoot and fix listing errors across multiple channels.
Requirements
Seller or Vendor Central preferred but not a requirement. Experience in Microsoft Excel Strong interest in the world of ecommerce. Good IT skills, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programmes. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Flexible, open to change. Team player.
