Full-Time Experienced Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Cardiff & surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time
Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Primary settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in the classroom who can bring stability, creativity, and enthusiasm to a school team.
What the role involves:
* Providing support to the class teacher across daily lessons
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils progress
* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines
* Supporting children with varying needs, ensuring every child feels included and encouraged
* Helping create an engaging, safe learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience working as a TA (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Is adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils of all abilities
* Brings patience, positivity, and a genuine passion for working with children
* Can work effectively as part of a team and follow teacher direction
Requirements:
* Experience working in a school or educational setting
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
* Right to work in the UK
* Relevant training or qualifications are desirable but not essential
