About the role We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Project Manager, with experience of working within adult social care, to lead the delivery of highimpact improvement and transformation across Adult Social Care services. You will drive change, working with partners, practitioners, residents and carers to improve outcomes and ensure services are sustainable, personcentred and CQCready. About you You will have a strong track record of delivering service improvement and transformation within adult social care.
