* Lead business change initiatives, planning and executing projects with precision and efficiency through a people-lens.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and people processes.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively, bringing people with you and managing expectations.
* Identify opportunities for modernisation and improvements within the business.
* Ensure change projects align with the company's strategic objectives and people-centric values.
* Monitor the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
* Manage potential risks and issues associated with change implementation.
* Facilitate awareness, training and support for staff to adapt to changes effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Business Change Lead' should have:
* Proven experience in business change management within large scale organisations.
* Demonstrable evidence of delivering business change and experience winning hearts and minds.
* Ideally, you'll have contributed to multiple change journeys across your career to date.
