Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will work alone and as part of a team to meet production targets. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Purchasing administration; raising POs, management of Basware, MRP system Open order book management Development and maintenance of supplier relationships Maintenance of site budget tracker Control room meeting attendance Maintenance of shortages tracker Any other reasonable duties or requests Experience Level & Required Qualifications: Relevant experience ideally within a manufacturing company Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, specifically excel Have a business studies or related discipline qualification (or studying towards) Excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Confident in their approach to problem solving Comfortable working with numbers, specifically financial information Confident working on their own initiative Skills & Competencies: Ability to work within a team Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities Excellent verbal and written skills Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust Drive for results Excellent listening skills Strong communication skills Perseverance A Can do attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional team Ability to work with others to meet deadlines Able to assess workload and commit to realistic timeline Why Join Us We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
