We are seeking a motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join a team in Leicester. You will be part of a highly regarded specialist contractor and consultancy delivering a wide range of ground engineering projects across the infrastructure, renewable energy, and marine sectors. As the Geotechnical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed geotechnical reports, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 investigations
*
Supervising ground investigations and coordinating site activities
*
Conducting geohazard assessments and contributing to ground risk evaluations
*
Reviewing laboratory and in:situ test data
*
Providing guidance to graduate engineers and liaising with clients and project teams

Essential Criteria:
*
Degree in Geology or a related geoscience discipline
*
Must live within a commutable distance of Leicester
*
Experience producing factual geotechnical reports
*
Interpretative reporting experience (desirable)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
