This is a permanent, full-time role for a fully qualified Plumbing Engineer with sound knowledge of on-site piping repairs and installations.
This dynamic, reputable mechanical engineering company is seeking an on-site Plumbing/Heating Engineer with the technical ability to handle varied planned and reactive mechanical/plumbing tasks and high-end installations.
Role: Plumbing Engineer - Mechanical Site Maintenance - Sussex
Location: Projects are in Sussex, including East Sussex, Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Littlehampton, Arundel, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, Surrey.
Salary: Competitive, plus benefits and pension.
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Your background may include roles such as Mechanical & Plumbing Engineer, responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
You will be a Plumber responsible for 1st and 2nd fix work, installing toilets, radiators, shower trays, kitchens, basins, underfloor heating, boilers, plant rooms, testing plumbing circuits, issuing certificates, assembling MVHR piping systems, plumbing kits, fitting plugs, and connecting appliances.
Requirements:
* Level 2/3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating
* Level 2/3 C&G Plumbing / Heating
* Understanding of Water Supply Regulation & Control / Legionella L8
* Experience with commercial or industrial heating and water systems
Your background should be in Plumbing or Heating, with previous roles possibly including Bathroom Fitter, Domestic Plumber, 1st and 2nd Fix Plumbing Engineer, Gas Safety Engineer, Gas Safe Engineer, Emergency Gas Engineer, or similar.
