Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS / FRICS)

We are seeking an experienced MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of complex construction projects from inception through to final account. This is a senior, client‑facing position offering the opportunity to shape projects, mentor others and contribute to the long‑term growth of the business.

The Role
* Delivery of pre‑and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services
* Cost planning, value engineering and commercial risk management
* Contract administration under JCT and NEC forms of contract
* Management of variations, valuations and final accounts
* Acting as the primary commercial lead and trusted advisor to clients
* Mentoring and supporting the development of junior surveyors
About You
* MRICS or FRICS qualified
* Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (JCT / NEC)
* Commercially astute with excellent client‑facing and leadership skills
* Motivated to progress towards Associate Director level responsibility
