Salary: £36,577 - £39,170
Hours: 37 hours per week (will be required to occasionally work out of hours)
Location: Office based – Tarmac Road and across the Wolverhampton community

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out electrical testing, repairs, installations, and maintenance across a variety of domestic properties and communal areas .
2. Work across multiple service areas including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Aids & Adaptations, Planned Improvements, and EICR Programme.
3. Ensure all work meets high standards and contributes to safe, well-maintained homes.
4. Report any issues related to property condition, estate management, or safeguarding.
About you:
5. Can you demonstrate significant experience of working in the built environment and/or maintenance and social housing environment?
6. Are you willing and keen to undertake specific training to develop specific competence in the role including Health and Safety Training?
7. Do you hold the following qualifications (or equivalent)?City & Guilds Part I & II Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 3 + AM218th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (latest amendment)Inspection & Testing Certificate (2391 or equivalent)
