There is a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Oxfordshire committed to providing high-quality education in a supportive and engaging environment. Their students are ambitious, respectful, and eager to learn — and they're proud of their dedicated staff team that brings learning to life every day.

2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
3. Support pupils to remain engaged and on task
4. Provide feedback to subject staff on lesson progress and any issues
5. Be a positive role model and uphold the school’s values
Ideal Cover Teacher:
1. A confident and adaptable individual with strong communication skills
2. Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or youth work)
3. The ability to manage a classroom and support a positive learning environment
4. Ideally, a degree or teaching qualification as a Cover Teacher.
5. A flexible, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in education
