Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, all-round Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with strong expertise in mobile device repair, testing, and technical operations. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end technical guidance from equipment setup and workflow design to compliance, quality standards, and technical team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup and optimization of technical operations, including repair stations, testing equipment, and quality inspection processes.
Provide expert technical guidance on mobile device diagnostics, repair, and component replacement.
Define and implement workflows to meet UK/EU quality and compliance standards.
Recruit, train, and manage technical staff.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate advanced technologies.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to the CEO, ensuring smooth technical operations.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, refurbishment, or electronics service operations .
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, component-level repair, and quality inspection.
Experience in technical operations setup or management .
Familiarity with UK/EU compliance standards (CE, WEEE, RoHS).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
