We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to manage cleaning bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, with an additional half-day for a meeting with the Operations Manager. You’ll be the hub connecting clients, cleaners, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate and manage cleaners for each booking
* Confirm job details and communicate with clients
* Track payments and booking status
* Manage cancellations, last-minute changes, and urgent issues
* Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate records
* Provide support to recruitment and onboarding when required

* Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace
