Role & Responsibilities:
* To ensure all of our guests
receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care
during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
* To ensure all complaints are
minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
* To follow all hotel policies
as outlined in your training manual –
* Answering telephones, check in
and checkout of hotel guests
* Dealing with guest queries
* Cleaning of public areas
* Set up or clear down from
events and conferences
* To ensure the safety and
security of the building and guests throughout the night
* Luggage assistance
* Serving Food and Drink to the
highest standard to our guests when required.
* Support Food and Beverage
department in aspects of their roles
* Support the Reception by
preparing aspects of departure during the night.
* To
maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in
accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of
all reception sales.
* To ensure good working relationship with all
other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
* To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire
Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
* All other duties as required
