We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Reading, Berkshire. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care and services. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of medication management, which are critical for accurate patient treatment and safety.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information and counselling to patients, maintaining and managing pharmaceutical inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care and support.
Qualifications and Experience:
* HCPC registration.
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
* Extensive experience in pharmaceutical care.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
