The Role
:
1. Create and execute robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
2. Produce high-quality, search-friendly content that reflects each client's tone of voice and marketing aims.
3. Carry out keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and in-depth SEO audits to guide strategic direction.
4. Collaborate with developers to roll out technical SEO enhancements and site improvements.
5. Monitor, interpret, and report on SEO metrics, offering clear insights and recommendations.
6. Act as the primary SEO contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring high standards of delivery.
7. Assist the Head of Media with website projects, including scoping, development, launches, and ongoing optimisation
The Candidate:
8. 3+ years' experience working in SEO (agency-side experience is a plus).
9. Understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO methodologies.
10. Proven ability to write and refine content that performs well for both search engines and users.
11. Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to manage relationships and communicate effectively.
12. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
13. A collaborative approach, working smoothly with designers, developers, and account teams.
14. Interest or experience in website project management (advantageous but not essential).
