Chartwells Independent is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee reservations operations at Glyndebourne Opera House. You will lead and develop the reservations team, manage booking systems, and ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in a reservations role within hospitality, strong organisational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £31,500 per annum plus discretionary tronc, and is on-site, 5 out of 7 days a week.
