A boutique facilities management company is seeking an experiencedFinance Managerto join on afixed-term contract, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.
This role is ideal for someone confident managing the full finance function within a small but growing business and comfortable working closely with directors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day finance operations
* Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Manage cashflow, forecasting, and budgeting
* Handle payroll, invoices, and supplier payments
* Support senior leadership with financial planning and decision-making
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
* Implement and improve financial processes as needed
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
2. Experience within facilities management or building services is essential
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
