Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends sales, candidate management, and administration. You’ll be trained to run a busy recruitment desk and support the commercial growth of the branch.
Sales & Business Development
1. Making targeted sales calls to prospective clients
2. Arranging and attending client visits to build relationships
3. Identifying new business opportunities within your territory
4. Supporting the team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
5. Promoting Driver Hire services to decision‑makers
Candidate Resourcing & Service Delivery
6. Recruiting and registering candidates to meet client demand
7. Matching candidates to roles quickly and accurately
8. Managing bookings and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
9. Handling queries from clients and candidates with professionalism
10. Participating in the weekly 24/7 on‑call rota (shared across the team)
Marketing & Administration
11. Writing and posting job adverts
12. Supporting email campaigns and marketing activity
13. Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
14. Managing calls, emails, and general office administration
