Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - Up to £42,000 plus zones 1 - 2 travel card Exciting opportunity to work for an FM service provider situated in London. InVictus is currently looking for IMMEDIATE Maintenance Engineers to cover a variety of sites in the West End of London. The successful candidates will havea proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position is a temporary to permanent job role so the client is only looking for candidates who are immediate to 1 week notice. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a variety of sites where he or they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. Key duties & Responsibilities Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Booster sets Heating systems Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings General building fabric Monitor mechanical plant Hours of work Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e. This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided) Package Up to £42,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Zones 1 to 2 travel card PDAs 20 days holiday Bank Holidays Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme
