* Supporting examination and assessment data processing

* Ensuring compliance with GDPR and school data protection policies

* Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies regarding data matters

* Supporting administrative and operational systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

* Assisting with audits and inspections where data accuracy is required

* Providing training or guidance to staff on school data systems as necessary


Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

* Have previous experience in data management, preferably within an educational setting

* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Demonstrate strong IT skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting software

* Be able to produce accurate reports and analysis for staff and leadership

* Understand data protection and confidentiality requirements

* Be proactive, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities

* Work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
