Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid, 6-Month Contract)

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)

Contract Type: Temporary (6 Months with high chance of extension)

1. Manage and respond to incoming customer service and business enquiries
2. Accurately process customer orders using systems like SAP
3. Handle complaints, credits, returns, and general customer queries
