Hutchinson Technical Services ltd Middlesbrough are looking to employ a HGV Service Administrator for our growing Commercial Vehicle Workshops on Skippers Lane Industrial Estate Middlesbrough.
We also have depots in Hull, Immingham and Runcorn, with plans to expand further. As well as this we operate 30 HGV vehicles in our sister company Hutchinson Transport ltd.
The candidate will ideally have an automotive industry experience with either Car or Commercial Vehicle / HGV / Plant Maintenance background.
Our Workshops are currently involved in carrying out planned maintenance and repairs on our customers HGV and commercial vehicles. The Administrator would be involved in dealing with customers, booking in and planning maintenance on their equipment, making calls to parts suppliers and ordering materials, pricing and invoicing of work carried out and general admin tasks.
It is a fast paced environment, with customers expecting a fast turn around of equipment and accurate information regarding the condition and ETA of their vehicles so the candidate should be able to think quickly under pressure and be confident in their skills and decisions.

In terms of remuneration the starting rate is £27500 per annum.
Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
