Role Overview
This role is central to ensuring that our supply chain and merchandising operations run smoothly. From raising shipments and purchase orders to managing supplier communications and keeping our stock flow on track, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our products are delivered on time and in full. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring sales trends, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple systems. This role requires strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and process shipments, packing lists, and invoices for Accounts.
* Send ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notices) to warehouses.
* Update schedules with booking changes and manage new booking requests.
* Process GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and resolve supplier discrepancies.
* Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of orders across various statuses.
* Raise and place purchase orders with suppliers.
* Upload orders to systems and update date changes as required.
* Manage truck and container fills with suppliers.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, or merchandising roles.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with excellent supplier relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
