Operations Coordinator
Centre Point Recruitment is working on behalf of an established, modern and forward‑thinking Estate Agency looking to appoint an Operations Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, supporting leadership, improving processes and contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of a successful agency.
The Role
Business Operations
* Coordinating workflows, priorities and improving internal processes
* Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders
Lettings Support
* Supporting the lettings function
* Coordinating listings and pre‑marketing activity
* Booking photography, floorplans, EPCs, and boards
* Managing landlord onboarding and documentation
* Supporting tenancy progression and compliance processes
Compliance & Administration
* Handling AML and Right to Rent checks
* Ensuring terms of business and records are accurate and up to date
* Maintaining structured, compliant lettings files
Marketing
* Supporting marketing activity across portals and social media
* Assisting with launch campaigns and property presentation
Finance Support
* Assisting with basic day‑to‑day accounts and financial administration
* Invoicing support and general financial record‑keeping
