MacKenzie King are proud to be working with a long-standing local business to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours). The successful Accounts Assistant will be someone who has strong previous transactional experience, who can support the team and work under their own initiative. A high attention to detail is essential for this role as well as previous experience in the following Accounts Assistant tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger Processing
Sales Ledger Processing
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliation
General Office Duties
Supporting Credit Control when necessary
Holiday cover when necessary
Ad Hoc Accounting Tasks
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an accounts assistant or transactional processing position essential
High attention to detail
Logistics and haulage experience advantageous
Sage 50 experience advantageous
