Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor with experience in customer service and credit control, preferably with an interest or background in property management. The role involves collections, credit control, and maintaining sales ledger accounts for a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage collections, credit control, and queries for a high-volume portfolio
* Report on aged debt and escalate issues
* Coordinate dispute resolution and payment arrangements
* Communicate with debtors via phone and email
* Generate reminder letters and liaise with solicitors
* Arrange and monitor payment plans for overdue accounts
Required Skills
* Experience in credit control and customer service
* Interest or experience in property management (service charges/rents)
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
* Proficiency in Word & Excel
* Resilient, target-driven, organized, and a team player
