It also appears in confusing reports, unclear emails and documents that fail to convey critical information.

We are now looking for a corporate account manager to help more organisations improve how they communicate.


The role

Our approach to business development is consultative.

You will work with organisations to understand their communication challenges and recommend the right training and consultancy solutions.

Projects often combine training programme design, delivery and consultancy support. Each engagement requires careful diagnosis and clear advice.

You will manage client relationships while also developing new opportunities across a range of organisations.


What you will do

In this role, you will:

* build and manage relationships with medium and large corporate clients
* run discovery meetings to understand communication challenges
* recommend training and consultancy solutions
* maintain strong relationships across client organisations
* encourage repeat bookings and adoption across departments
* prepare proposals and commercial documentation
* manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
* track client satisfaction and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.


Your experience

You will bring experience in consultative B2B sales. This may include work in:

* training or learning and development
* HR consulting
* professional services
* another advisory or consultative environment.

You should also have experience:

* working with medium and large organisations
* managing longer sales cycles
* winning new business while developing existing accounts
* generating meetings through outreach as well as inbound enquiries.

You are likely to be:

* a strong relationship builder who works well with multiple stakeholders
* skilled at leading structured discovery conversations
* organised and disciplined in managing pipeline activity and forecasting
* a clear and confident writer when preparing proposals and follow ups
* curious about organisational communication challenges.
