Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
* Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making
* Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
* Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities
* Help streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments
* A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
* Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus
