This role emphasizes collaboration; you will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to create engaging and effective therapy experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments to identify each client's distinct speech and language requirements
* Developing tailored treatment plans that genuinely align with your clients’ objectives
* Delivering engaging therapy sessions that have a meaningful impact
* Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team
* Maintaining thorough records to monitor progress
* Sharing your expertise and providing assistance to clients and their families
* A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
* Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
* Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
* Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player yet comfortable working independently
* Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
* A genuine desire to help others
