The role:
You will work closely with a senior Partner-led team, contributing to the lifecycle of credit fund matters. This includes fund formation, investor onboarding, fund closings, regulatory compliance, and general fund management. The position offers hands-on experience and exposure to a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating practice area. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with fund formation and structuring documentation
* Managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
* Coordinating fund closings and tracking subscription materials
* Supporting regulatory and compliance filings
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and third-party service providers
About you:
* Interested applicants must possess previous experience as a paralegal in a funds, private equity, or financial services environment
* Strong understanding of fund structures, ideally with exposure to credit funds
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative environment
