Role overview:
* In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the expansion of their property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and acquiring new sites
* Managing and reviewing leases
* Overseeing insurance, business rates, council tax, and rent payments
* Collaborating with other departments to meet growth targets through acquisitions
* Providing high-level technical advice on property management
* Creating presentations, reports, and analysis
* Liaising with external stakeholders such as local councils and fire authorities
* Negotiating and managing central service contracts
Who we're looking for:
* MRICS qualification
* A degree in a property-related field
* Retail experience, either in agency or from a tenant's perspective
* Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays
* Strong presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels
* Attention to detail and diligence
* Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office suite
This role would suit a candidate with a Chartered Surveyor and 2 years post study experience.
