Role and Application
Clover Care Group is currently looking for support workers to work in a complex care package in Hungerford. The case involves a female service user with a spinal injury requiring care in their family home, with a proposed full-time support package, where days and nights will need to be covered on a full-time ongoing rota. Training will also be provided by our clinical team.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient and family-centered care as part of a complex care package in the home.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans and maintain high standards of care.
* Support with daily living activities, mobility and monitoring as required.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the family and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Manual handling experience.
* Experience with spinal injuries would be beneficial.
* Catheter experience.
* Willingness to work a full-time ongoing rota covering days and nights.
* Full training provided by the clinical team.
Compensation
We offer market-leading hourly pay rates that are paid weekly.
