A leading provider of neurodevelopmental assessments is expanding their specialist team in Berkshire and is looking for experienced clinicians to deliver high‑quality ASD and ADHD assessments for children and young people aged 3‑18. This is a flexible associate opportunity, with competitive pay per assessment and full support to focus on your clinical work, not admin.

* Values‑Led Organisation: Service built on trust, kindness, commitment and integrity with a team that shares your clinical values.
The Role

* Review ADOS, developmental history and collateral information from home and school within the same session.
* Formulate a diagnosis and provide clear, kind feedback to families, along with recommendations and signposting.
* Collaborate with MDT colleagues and arrange follow‑ups when further information is needed.
* Produce high‑quality diagnostic reports (DSM‑5‑aligned) within 48 hours; admin support provided.
