You will join a strong and motivated senior leadership team led by the Care Group Director. Along with your clinical colleagues (Director of Psychological Professions and Nurse Director) you will create a positive safety culture along with a robust quality governance framework and actively lead and manage our medical workforce across the care group. This post attracts a recruitment and retention premium of 10% of salary for a period of 2 years. The Medical Director has 4 PAs with it; but within the Care Group and wider organisation we have a range of clinical opportunities for the clinical PA’s ranging from Acute in-patient (with further scope to move into a Community Consultant role) and some opportunities within our acute directorate in the crisis field.
