We have an exciting opportunity for a Cross Car Line Co-ordinator to join our Product Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic role for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and keen to build experience within a dynamic automotive environment.
The Role
As a Cross Car Line Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management of Toyota’s vehicle portfolio across both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the Product Marketing team, you’ll help coordinate business-critical processes, support decision-making, and ensure product information is accurate, timely, and aligned across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating key product marketing processes across the full vehicle line-up
* Supporting vehicle lifecycle management and product launches
* Maintaining and updating key products and pricing systems (A2P, CarDB, VPS)
* Ensuring product data and marketing assets are accurate for the UK market
* Communicating product updates clearly across internal teams and stakeholders
* Acting as a first point of contact for product-related queries
* Supporting pricing analysis and benchmarking activities
* Monitoring market trends and highlighting key insights to the team
* Managing relationships with internal departments and external partners
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
