EU Deforestation Administrator – Product Compliance
Location: on-site

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EU Deforestation Administrator to join our client's Product Compliance team. Key Responsibilities

As an EU Deforestation Administrator, you will:

*

Ensure transaction security by analyzing new product requests.

*

Maintain and update product data within the existing portfolio.

*

Validate supplier-provided data and regulatory documentation.

*

Approve and release customer orders in accordance with compliance standards.

*

Communicate directly with suppliers to obtain necessary information.

*

Collaborate with internal teams, including Trade Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Third-Party Procurement.

*

Draft and upload regulatory documentation to the EU Commission portal.

*

Analyze and load compliance data into internal ERP systems.

*

Maintain key performance metrics and reporting.

*

Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

*

Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs or Product Compliance (required).

*

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

*

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

*

Experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or deforestation regulations.

*

Familiarity with ERP systems or compliance databases.

*

Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
