Robert Half is partnering with a growing, highly respected investment manager looking to bring in a Senior Client Operations Associate to sit at the heart of their Client Services function.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to step into a true senior role, offering oversight, driving standards, and acting as a key support to the wider team without formal line management.
🔧 The Role
A hands-on, operationally focused role where you’ll:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and quality is consistently high
- Act as a key escalation point for complex queries across client services
- Review and approve critical processes including onboarding, dealing, and transfers
- Take ownership of cash, client money, and asset reconciliations
- Work heavily with Excel (data, reporting, analysis)
- Support process improvements and operational change initiatives
- Play a key role in maintaining excellent client outcomes
👥 Team & Environment
- Part of a 28-person Client Services function
- Sitting within a close-knit Tax Operations team (~12–13)
- Highly collaborative setup with strong day-to-day interaction
- Social, supportive team culture with great internal visibility

- Experience in asset management / financial services operations
- Strong background in reconciliations (cash / client money / assets)
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting)
