Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Business Studies lessons at KS4 and KS5
* Plan engaging, practical lessons based on current business trends
* Support students to develop analytical thinking and real-world application
* Monitor and assess progress to help each student achieve their goals
* Contribute to curriculum planning, resource sharing, and enrichment
* Take part in school-wide activities, including clubs or enterprise events
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, motivation, and mutual respect
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
* Knowledge of exam specifications and current business themes
* Excellent classroom and time management skills
* Ability to inspire and support diverse learners
* ECTs welcome with mentoring support available
* A commitment to inclusive education and student success
