Allocations & Applications Officer Permanent 1 x full time role 36.5 hours 1 x part time (Monday and Tuesday all day and Wednesday morning) Grade 3 - £26,409 - £32,654 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Join our Housing Solution & Support Service team to deliver a responsive and customer-focused Allocation & Application Service. You will ensure Birmingham City Council's Housing Allocation Scheme is administered correctly and within legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include: conducting housing application assessments managing the shortlisting and allocation of properties monitoring nomination acceptances and refusals providing expert advice on the housing allocation scheme We are very keen to understand where you have any experience related to the above points, or transferable skills.
