About the Role
To manage the Bristol office premises and deliver centralised facilities services, while providing support to other sites within the UK South region. The role is pivotal in maintaining core business functions, ensuring compliance, driving service excellence and colleague experience across all locations.
What youll be responsible for
1. Manage facilities operations and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and services for the Bristol site and the UK South region, ensuring all facilities run efficiently and safely. Travel schedules must be reviewed and approved by the Senior Facilities Manager UK South region.
2. Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards; conduct regular audits to maintain a safe and effective workplace.
