Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leiston
We’re working with a global civil engineering and construction specialist involved in major infrastructure projects. As part of a landmark development in Suffolk, they’re looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial and contractual elements of the project.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up, lead a small team, and take pride in seeing a project through from start to finish. The company values people who are driven, detail-focused, and ready to grow into more senior roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading cost planning and contract administration
* Managing subcontractors and supporting junior QS staff
* Overseeing procurement, variations, valuations, and claims
* Working closely with project and construction teams
* Supporting budget control, forecasts, and reporting to leadership
What They’re Looking For
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Experience on large-scale projects
* Commercial awareness and leadership skills
* RICS membership (or working towards it)
