Job Objectives And Responsibilities
To undertake the planned maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of buildings as required under contract. To undertake other maintenance and reactive tasks within skills set/qualifications. To carry out reactive tasks within SLAs. Main duties include: Planned Preventative Maintenance with the appropriate paperwork and reports; Reactive and emergency tasks with associated paperwork; ability to produce permit to work and risk assessments as required.
Person Specification / Qualifications
* Qualified to City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role
* 18th Edition Qualification
* Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments
* Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable)
