Role:
Office Manager / PA to the Director

Location:
Chester – Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office)

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent upon experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager/PA to join a professional team supporting operations across the UK and Italy.

This pivotal role combines comprehensive office management with personal assistant duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both the office and the Director's day-to-day activities.

About the Role

The role involves overseeing office systems, coordinating administrative functions and supporting the Director directly. A high level of discretion, financial awareness and exceptional organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial administration including bookkeeping, invoice processing (around 30 per month), expense management and assisting with financial reporting
* Arrange domestic and international travel for the Director and team members
* Manage payroll processes and provide HR administrative support, ensuring confidentiality at all times
* Maintain and develop office systems, including onboarding processes, digital filing and inventory management
* Provide direct support to the Director through diary management, correspondence, presentations and other administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a similar Office Manager or PA role
* Strong financial skills with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and general financial admin
* A keen eye for detail, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with UK and international teams
* Confident in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* This role may involve occasional travel to Italy for meetings or events.
