Key Responsibilities
* Process intermodal bookings accurately, ensuring alignment across all systems.
* Perform precise data entry and order processing.
* Liaise closely with the operations team regarding daily transport movements.
* Assist with invoicing tasks and general administrative duties.
* Respond to and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers.
