Sales Director – Yorkshire – PLC Housebuilder
Salary - £110,000-£130,000 + generous bonus + other PLC benefits
Thomas Cole Kinder is working exclusively with a leading PLC housebuilder with a substantial presence across Yorkshire and several other key markets throughout England. Our client is known for delivering high-quality, value-for-money homes designed to make homeownership accessible.
The business is focused on further growth in what is already a profitable, high-volume region, and seeks to appoint a Sales Director to lead their sales team and function. This is a significant leadership opportunity, with a genuine pathway for career progression for the right individual.
Candidate Profile
* Dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with deep knowledge of the housebuilding/new homes sector and a demonstrable track record of building sales performance
* Strong leadership and management qualities; experience of coaching, developing, motivating and guiding a high-performing sales team
* Operating at regional management level, able to work closely with and influence wider functions of the business
* Knowledge and experience of the Yorkshire market would be a distinct advantage, though our client will equally consider strong candidates from outside the region who are willing to relocate or commit to a weekly commute
* Ambitious sales professionals ready to take the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply
