Job Description
We are seeking a proactive part-time receptionist to manage the front desk of a small multi-level office building in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will provide professional front-desk support three days a week, Monday to Wednesday, act as the primary point of contact for visitors, tenants, and service providers, manage calls, and help with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate should be able to start immediately.
Main Responsibilities
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting rooms within the building;
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries;
• Coordinate deliveries, maintenance requests, and general building matters;
• Accept and distribute mail and packages;
• Assist during meetings, including preparing refreshments, organizing lunches, and providing general meeting support as needed;
• Maintain a clean, professional reception, common areas and two meeting rooms;
• Communicate clearly and share relevant updates with the other part-time receptionist to ensure continuity of front desk operations and accurate information for tenants and visitors;
• Perform ad hoc, light administrative tasks.
